Job responsibilities,

# Manpower Panning (Female workers) - Coordinate with production department regarding manpower availability

# Recruitment (Female workers) - including candidate & document verification

# Grievance handling - Workmen workmen dispute / Absenteeism / Wage dispute / Leave sanctioning / Attendance

# MIS Reports - daily / weekly / monthly

# Female Hostel Administration

# Be part of works committee, grievance redressal committee.

# Assist legal officer in filling statutory compliances (PF, ESI).
