DEEP is a Secular, Not-for-Profit, Non Government Organisation promoted by Gujarat Industries Power Company Limited and is being set up for Social Development with the active participation of local communities. DEEP operates in 18 villages of Mangrol taluka and 5 villages of Mandvi taluka in Surat District and 6 villages of Valia taluka in Bharuch District. DEEP works in close coordination with the local community in areas including Health, Education, Village Infrastructure Development, Livelihood etc. It caters to roughly fifty thousand population within the program area comprising of Minorities, Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Caste, other backward classes & others. The position is for execution of our various Community Development Works to be implemented in aforesaid areas in which monitoring of women Self Help Groups (SHGs) is at core. Job Information 

Post Name : Community Organiser

Post : 01

Education : Master of Social Works (MSW) or Master of Rural Studies (MRS) from reputed recognized University – full time regular course only.

Experience : Candidate should have relevant post qualification experience preferably with a NGO of minimum five years.

Salary : Pay includes Salary, Residential unfurnished accommodation in GIPCL Township, Mediclaim Insurance premium reimbursement, Personal Accident Policy, Subsidized Canteen Food etc.
