Skills :

  • Good understanding of the environment and climate-sensitive rural development issues at the national/sub-national level. S/he needs to be conversant with the available knowledge on issues related to enabling livelihoods in vulnerable geographic. Skills: NGO Management NGO social services Government Relations.
  • Knowledge and understanding of issues related to community development.
