With a pan India presence through a strong partner network and with our own footprint in Delhi-NCR, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Tamil Nadu, SLD steps in with robust advocacy and capacity building interventions, that bring about sensitization and raising awareness amongst workers about their rights. Scope of Work: SLD is working to promote and strengthen women workers’ capacity and leadership individually and collectively in the Seafood Processing Industry of India. The Project Manager will support the implementation and stakeholder engagement at the state and national levels.
