Require Project Based Contract Staff for Creation of livelihood opportunities for Vandhan Vikas Kendras/ SHGs/ FPOs by creating a platform to act as Service Providers to the EMRS and Ashram School under Ministry of Tribal Affairs. NABARD Consultancy Services (NABCONS) is a wholly owned Company of NABARD and a leading consultancy organization in the field of agriculture and rural development (www.nabcons.com). The Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, has undertaken various education initiatives for the upliftment of the tribal population across the country. Among these, Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS) and ‘Ashram schools’ are flag ship programs to provide quality education. These residential schools need support in linkage with community-based organization for products and services. NABCONS, acting as the consulting and project management unit (PMU), seeks professionals to promote income generation activities among community-based organizations (CBOs) such as Local Women Self-Help Groups (SHGs), FPOs and Van-Dhan Vikas Kendras. The goal is to link these CBOs with the schools in tribal districts of Gujarat and Maharashtra. Enterprise development, SHGs promotion/ Agriculture marketing systems with focused experience in market linkages with institutional agencies, service providers such as banks and other financial institution, insurance companies, logistic companies, certification and standardization etc.  Has demonstrated experience in coordinating purchase/ sell from buyers/sellers, managing contractual agreements, lead generation, liasoning with market linkage forums, analysis of market and market opportunities.  Has worked with State/Central Govt in projects/scheme related to promotion of enterprise through CBOs.

Salary : INR 60,000 ( All inclusive)
